Must pass rental history check: An applicant will be flagged if they owe a previous landlord more than $500. Income Verification: Submit a photo of your government-issued ID or passport for verification. Provide the last 6 weeks' worth of employment paystubs or the 2 most recent months' bank statements. Previous Debts to Landlords: Applicants flagged for owing a previous landlord more than $500 can be approved based on their score if the balance is paid and proof of payment is received. 11.
